| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, simulators have emerged as powerful knowledge transfer tools in medicine, aviation, engineering, and many other industries. Simulators provide an immersive and interactive learning environment, and it allows users to gain practical experience and gain critical skills without requiring real-world resources or exposure to potential risk The use of simulators as digital proxies provide new learning opportunities characterized by applications, benefits, limitations and challenges which are discussed. On these bases, the future potential of simulators in transforming educational and training approaches is also considered. | es |
