Every tourist destination needs to offer transportation logistics to get there, as well as an interesting offer of tourist products and services to capture the attention of tourists and visitors. At the same time, a current of tourist flow could not be consolidated if security is not available for those who wish to choose that destination for their vacations, for leisure or business. Therefore, safety and security, its communication along with the other aspects will be part of the reputation, helping to contribute to a call effect of investments and economic development. S.A.R.F. technology allows all installed sound equipment to be tapped, controlled and monitored remotely and made available to the citizen security forces or competent body designated for this purpose. The use of technology adapts to the needs of cities and can contribute to the prevention and safety of any tourist destination. Therefore, this research aims to demonstrate the effective contribution of communication management at an acoustic level that SARF technology offers in the celebration of events in different destinations where it has been used. Through a documentary review, the aim is to know, on the one hand, what other technologies are applied for security at destinations. By the other hand, the importance that the scientific community gives to acoustic safety when holding events with large numbers of people. The data collection methodology encompasses a mixed approach addressing qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data. The results offer a novel approach in relation to technologies on lighting and acoustic safety in the management of urban spaces. At the same time, the importance and usefulness for security forces and bodies of the implementation during the celebration of different SARF technology events is evident. This technology has made it possible to alert and help people with health and other needs. It has also facilitated the quick and safe evacuation of staff and visitors in case of emergency. For all these reasons, the evaluation of projects that help prevent violence and reduce incidents is appreciated, taking into account an environmental perspective that contributes to improving the reputation and competitiveness of this tourist destination that is increasingly dependent on the use of technology.es
